We are seeking an experienced Wage Clerk to join our client’s Finance team at their manufacturing site in Mpumalanga on a short-term contract.
This is a hands-on role that requires exceptional attention to detail, strong Excel skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
✅ Capture and validate time & attendance from biometric systems
✅ Process wage inputs (overtime, allowances, deductions)
✅ Manage leave administration and resolve basic payroll queries
✅ Prepare weekly/monthly wage reports for Finance & HR
✅ Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance
What You’ll Need
- 2–3 years’ experience in a wage or payroll support role
- Strong Excel and data management skills
- Experience in a manufacturing or processing environment
- Familiarity with biometric time & attendance systems
- Accuracy, integrity, and a proactive attitude
- Start Date: Immediate
- Location: Lothair, Mpumalanga (On-site, 5 days a week)
- Duration: 3 -6 months (to start ASAP)
