We’re seeking a strategic, high-impact Sales Manager to lead digital transformation across Africa’s mining sector.

You’ll partner with industry leaders to deliver measurable ROI through advanced mining technology platforms, data-driven insights, and innovative ecosystem solutions.

You will:

  • Combine technical acumen with consultative sales expertise, and bridge commercial strategy, customer success, and solution innovation; helping clients unlock measurable ROI through advanced platform and ecosystem solutions
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders.
  • Lead complex, value-based solution sales cycles.
  • Develop ROI-driven business cases and tech roadmaps.
  • Identify new markets and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate across global product and engineering teams.

You bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Technology (required).
  • Postgraduate qualification (MBA/MSc) strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years’ experience in solution sales, account management, or customer success within mining, industrial technology, or consulting.
  • Strong background in cloud or open-technology platforms.
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce or equivalent).
  • SPIN / Challenger Sales certification advantageous.
