Global ISP urgently seeks an experienced Sales and Account Management specialist.
The role sits within the Large Enterprise sales segment and will carry sales and revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have experience / specialties including fixed mobile convergence, MPLS, Voice, Internet and Cloud computing Solutions. You should be comfortable working in high paced environments, and interacting with customers at Exco level.
The ideal candidate will meet the following Minimum requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business or Management
- Cloud and/or VoIP certifications are highly desirable
- At least 8 years’ experience in telecommunications – connectivity space specifically (non negotiable)
- Ideally you will have good knowledge of and direct sales management experience within the ICT space and in particular – Cloud Sales and Presentations (VPC/ PaaS) / VoIP (Hosted and SIP) / SD WAN Sales Capability
- Must be networking and security literate
- Must have proven experience / track record in high level negotiations and closing major deals/accounts
- Solid experience in leading sales teams, demonstrated ability to drive results through others
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Developing a sustainable ICT, Telecoms, Networking and Cloud Services market
- Interacting with customers at Executive level to position the value of the firm’s solutions and services as supported by ROI and business case development
- Defining and implementing the sales strategy within the territory
- Leading service Management to existing accounts
- Developing sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth
- Agreeing on deliverables, pricing strategy and on-going management and support of the sales and implementation process
