We are urgently seeking a SUPER Personal Assistant to support and assist the MD. Ideal candidate must be calm under pressure and capable of thinking on his/her feet. Our client is an entrepreneurial, fast-growing company in the Food production industry.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • Organising events and meetings
  • Reminding the Managing Director of important tasks and deadlines
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
  • Collating and filing expenses
  • Conducting research on behalf of the Managing Director
  • Organising the Managing Director’s personal commitments

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Matric
  • Tertiary Qualification in Office Administration will be an advantage
  • Own transport will be an advantage
