We are urgently seeking a SUPER Personal Assistant to support and assist the MD. Ideal candidate must be calm under pressure and capable of thinking on his/her feet. Our client is an entrepreneurial, fast-growing company in the Food production industry.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- Organising events and meetings
- Reminding the Managing Director of important tasks and deadlines
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- Collating and filing expenses
- Conducting research on behalf of the Managing Director
- Organising the Managing Director’s personal commitments
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Matric
- Tertiary Qualification in Office Administration will be an advantage
- Own transport will be an advantage

- Multi tasker – Juggle numerous activities
