A highly successful Transport and Logistics company is looking for a Sales Executive. You will be responsible to actively explore new business opportunities in the logistics market. The role focuses on building and maintaining client relationships, assessing client specific needs, promoting and selling Logistics services, and achieving sales goals and objectives.
Prior experience working within the Logistics/Freight /Goods Delivery industry is crucial.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales within the Freight / Logistics sector.
- Strong prospecting and lead generation skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a sense of urgency and ability to work independently to hit sales targets
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving results.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office suite.
- Fluent in English and at least one African Language
- A valid driver’s license (own vehicle preferred)
