You will engage, on-board, grow and retain Enterprise Accounts, and deliver sales revenues and cash flow to the Enterprise Market (both Private and Public sectors). The ideal candidate will have experience / specialties in most of the following: fixed mobile convergence, MPLS, Voice, Internet and Cloud computing Solutions. You should be comfortable working in high paced environments, and interacting with customers at CxO level.
The ideal candidate will meet the following Minimum requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business or Management
- Cloud and/or VoIP or similar certifications are an advantage
- At least 5+ years’ experience in telecommunications / ISP sector in an Account Management / senior Sales role
- Ideally you will have good knowledge of and direct sales management experience within the ISP space
- Must be networking and security literate
- Must have proven experience / track record in high level negotiations and closing major deals/accounts
- In-depth understanding of the current market trends and competitors in the market and associated segment
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Gain a thorough understanding of the customers environments and needs, and develop a plan to penetrate the market and to gain access to customers
- Directly interact with customers at CxO level to position the value of Company’s solutions and services as supported by ROI and business case development
- Define and implement the sales strategy within the territory
- Service Management to existing customers
- Develop sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth
- Project management: manage conflicting constraints and drive each project to successful completion (ICT projects- telecommunications, networking and cloud services)
- Generate sales opportunities within defined Key Customers/Territories
- Developing a sustainable ICT, Telecoms, Networking and Cloud Services market
