A stunning opportunity to join a ICT giant as Head of Product to maximize product profitability and ensure sustainable competitiveness. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that will drive growth and success in the full product portfolio predominantly within the Enterprise Solutions space, covering Connectivity, Network / Cyber Security, Cloud and Networking.
Minimum requirements include but are not limited to the following:
- Strong background in product management, with a deep understanding of the ISP / Telecoms / Unified Communications industry.
- Experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Marketing is preferred
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on ISP solutions and ideally sales background
- Proven track record of leading successful product launches and driving revenue growth
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of connectivity related technologies including IP/MPLS, Ethernet, Fibre, Wireless (P2P, P2MP) etc
- Must be proficient with MS Excel, Exchange, Word, PowerPoint & Visio
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Managing a team of product managers, and collaborating closely with sales. You will also work closely with stakeholders across the organization to develop product roadmaps, define product requirements, and identify new market opportunities.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure our product offerings remain innovative and competitive
- Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success and make data-driven decisions
- Lead product launches and develop go-to-market strategies
- Manage the product budgets and ensure financial targets are met
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team
- Role will include aspects related to Product Design, Market Analysis, Product Maintenance, Vendor Engagement and Financial Management
