You will meet the following Requirements:
- Degree in Sales, Marketing, Management or related
- Experience in financial services / long term benefits / insurance sectors is a must
- Solid knowledge of the financial services industry and insurance products.
- 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
- 2 or more years of experience in sales, administration, or customer services.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with Business Development Managers to execute lead generation and sales campaigns that drive revenue growth.
- Delivering exceptional service to valued advisers and business partners, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Providing crucial support to the team responsible for producing quotes for advisers and direct clients.
- Preparing detailed reports on business performance, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Offering and maintaining management information to measure the success of our initiatives and develop strategic actions.
- Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Building your knowledge and experience with the goal of advancing to a Business Development Manager role.
